Reiseunterlagen und Wegbeschreibung

1.) Direkt nach Ihrer Buchung erhalten Sie eine vorläufige Buchungsbestätigung.

2.) Die endgültige Buchungsbestätigung erhalten Sie spätestens am folgenden Tag.

3.) Nachdem wir Ihren Zahlungsbetrag vollständig erhalten haben, senden wir Ihnen die Reiseunterlagen zu.

Anreise

In der Regel können Sie Ihr Ferienhaus am Anreisetag ab 16 Uhr in Empfang nehmen.

Anreise außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten des Servicebüros

Falls Sie erst spät abends anreisen, wird das Servicebüro schon geschlossen sein. Bitte informieren Sie sich deshalb vor Reiseantritt, wie die Schlüsselübergabe in diesem Fall organisiert werden kann. Die Reservierungsabteilung hilft Ihnen gern weiter.

Zusatzleistungen

Alle Appartments haben eine Küchenausstattung für die in der Hausbeschreibung angegebene maximale Personenzahl. Bei einigen Häusern können Bettwäsche und Handtücher bestellt werden. Kurabgabe

Wir berechnen unseren Kunden eine geringe Gebühr für die Reinigungsprüfung, um das Zimmer für den nächsten Gast vorzubereiten, auch wenn einige abreisende Gäste es vorziehen, das Zimmer selbst zu reinigen.
